ONE Frequency Modulated Low-Level Laser- 1 DISC ONLY

ONE FREQUENCY MODULATED, LOW- LEVEL LASER - 1 DISC ONLY. The Laser Discs can be used with the MLR72, 272B and Magnetic Converter. The Frequency Modulated Photobiomodulation (FM-PBM) disc radiates Forty-Two, 650 nanometer laser lights that are simultaneously modulated with two to seven frequencies.

Each Laser disc will modulate six separate lasers for each frequency coming in from the frequency generator. Each frequency will light six diodes. The water-resistant enclosure of the laser disc is composed of PMMA with the bottom half opaque and the top half transparent.

The coherent light from the diodes passes through the transparent side with no loss of effectiveness. The transparent side needs to face the skin. Photobiomodulation irradiation in the 650 nm band, enhances mitochondrial activity by interacting with mitochondrial cytochrome C oxidase.

This increases ATP production, increases oxygen consumption, restores electrochemical gradients and increases the release of Nitric Oxide to stimulate blood flow and vasodilation. The absorbed energy of the photon can be transferred to other molecules, which can then cause chemical reactions without alteration in temperature of the surrounding tissue. This can reduce inflammation, decrease pain and accelerate recovery times.

The FM-PBM disc is classified as a Class 2M laser by laser radiation safety standards. Do not use the Red Light Lasers on the eyes.
