The MagRez is a non-invasive pulsed electromagnetic (PEMF) wellness device for adjunctive support of musculoskeletal discomfort, including knee, shoulder and spine. It is the only seven-frequency, portable, pocket-sized device on the planet. Powered by a rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery, the MagRez runs 8–10 hours on a four-hour charge with no wires or electrodes — and it can also run plugged into the wall if you forget to charge it.
Inside the MagRez, a microprocessor drives seven magnetic inductor coils in one integrated device, generating frequency-specific, highly uniform, low-energy pulsed magnetic fields of about 25 milligauss — roughly one-third the strength of the Earth's own background field. The MagRez does not require contact with the skin: center it over the area of concern and the field is delivered right through casts, splints, dressings, clothing and braces.
The side labeled “This Side Toward The Body” faces you; the side with the On/Off button and LED faces away. Straps pass through the side slots, or attach it with tape, wraps, a splint or a clothing pocket.
The MagRez is fully reprogrammable from your PC over the included USB-C cable — the same cable that charges it. It holds up to 600 minutes of multiple-frequency programs, can repeat them up to 255 times, and shuts itself off when finished. Practitioners get access to over 300 pre-written multiple-frequency programs through the Pulsed Frequency software upon registration; wellness users receive the Basic software with 29 wellness programs.
